The decoration of the cottage was charming and cozy, with a warm and homely atmosphere. The general areas, such as the living room and dining area, were thoughtfully decorated and provided a comfortable space for relaxation. As a senior woman, I appreciated the easy accessibility of the cottage, with clear paths and sturdy handrails that made it safe and convenient for me to navigate around.
One improvement I would suggest for a better vacation experience for senior people is to have a grab bar installed in the bathroom. This small addition would greatly enhance safety and support for those with mobility challenges.

Great location, close to the train station which made it easy to explore the area. Plus, the kitchen layout was really convenient for cooking meals.
The noise from the passing trains was a major drawback. They were loud and seemed to go by all day, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

Comfortable and warm, with underfloor heating downstairs. The kitchen layout was great and the owner was incredibly friendly. The location was also wonderful.
Although there were a few minor drawbacks, such as the steep stairs and some issues with the bathroom, they were manageable and did not significantly impact our overall experience.

The charm and character of the cottage made me feel right at home. The tasteful decor and cozy atmosphere created a warm and inviting environment. The beautiful antique furniture and elegant touches added a touch of sophistication to the place. It was perfect for senior guests like myself, with its easy accessibility and well-placed handrails throughout the property.
The only thing I would ask for to make the vacation even better for fellow seniors is for the children working there to provide a grab bar in the bathroom. This small addition would greatly enhance safety and comfort for older guests.
